TranSelkirks Run Cancellation Policy

1. Payment must be made in full at time of registration

2. No refunds will be accepted on your registration.

3. All deferrals, substitutions, and cancellations will be subject to a $250 admin fee with the remaining credit held for the 2017 or 2018 season.

Note:  Policy change affecting registrations accepted AFTER December 9, 2016:  There is an $800 deposit due at registration - No refunds.  The balance is due May 1st, 2017.  All deferrals, substitutions and cancellations will be subject to a $250 admin fee with the remaining credit held for the 2017 or 2018 season if cancelled prior to July 1, 2017.  All deferrals, substitutions and cancellations will be subject to a $500 admin fee with the remaining credit held for the 2017 or 2018 season if cancelled ON or AFTER July 1, 2017.

No credit will be applied for any cancellation received less than 72 hours prior to the start of the first stage for any reason.
